Event Name: MIHP Coordinator Meeting - WEBCAST
Description:
This meeting will provide a policy and programmatic update to Coordinators that work in the state funded Maternal and Infant Health Program (MIHP), as well as MIHP representatives from Medicaid Health Plans. Registration for in-person attendance is open to MIHP Coordinators, one other agency person and Health Plans only. Registration for the live webcast is open to MIHP Coordinators and additional staff from each agency.

This meeting is being offered either in person (at the Westin Hotel), or it can be viewed via webcast. This registration page is to view the webcast.

Who Should Attend?

In-Person - MIHP Coordinators are highly encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. If the Coordinator is unable to attend in-person another individual may attend in their place. Please note: only two people per agency may attend the face-to-face meeting. In addition to the Coordinator, one other person from the MIHP agency may also attend the in person meeting. Health Plans may send one representative to one of the in-person meetings.

 PLEASE NOTE:   This event is a webcast only.  You will need to view the live webcast from a desktop computer only. The minimum user requirements to view a webcast are:

    • Important Note :  If you have a small agency/organization, please refrain from having more than 2-3 computers, at one location, log into the webcast; as it will greatly impact your organizations’ server and bandwidth.  Therefore, please opt to use a conference room with internet capabilities and have multiple attendees to participate.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received no later than 5 business days before an event to receive a refund. Requests received after this deadline are subject to the full training fee. Please send requests either by fax (517-324-6080) or email (eandtreg@mphi.org). Refunds will not be provided for no-shows. Participants cancelling due to inclement weather are subject to the full fee.
