NOTE: This event is a webcast only. You

minimum user requirements to view a webcast

Note : If you have a small agency/organization, please
refrain from having more than 2-3 computers, at one location,
log into the webcast; as it will greatly impact your organizations’
server and bandwidth. Therefore, please opt to use a conference room
with internet capabilities and have multiple attendees to participate.

All pre-registered
participants will receive an electronic participant confirmation one week prior
to the webcast, along with url login instructions. Presenter handouts will be
available to download by clicking: upon opening the url link.
If you are viewing the
webcast in one location with multiple viewers, you need only register one
individual to receive the login information.
Cancellation
Policy:
Cancellation
requests must be made in writing and received no later than 5 business days
before an event to receive a refund. Requests received after this
deadline are subject to the full training fee.

Refunds will not be provided for no-shows. Participants cancelling due to
inclement weather are subject to the full fee.
